Hip Mobility and Stretch

For max reps:
 
Front Squat 60% of Body weight for men, 40% for ladies
Front Squat 70% of Body weight for men, 50% for ladies
Front Squat 80% of Body weight for men, 60% for ladies
Front Squat 90% of Body weight for men, 70% for ladies
Front Squat 100% of Body weight for men, 80% for ladies
