press 3x4 @ 135 lb
push press 3x5 @ 135lb
push jerk 3x6 @ 135lb
then....
3 rounds of:
A. 1 min AMRAP wall ball 20/12
B. 1 min AMRAP box jump (starting in a squat)
c. 5 HSPU
