In a minute complete 2 Dead Lifts and with the remainder of the min Double unders / singles.
L.1 Dead Lift: 40% to 50% of B.W. (CONCENTRATE ON TECHNIQUE)
L.2 Dead Lift: 50% to 70% of B.W. (CONCENTRATE ON TECHNIQUE AND INTENSITY)
L.3 Dead Lift: 75% of today's Heaviest possible.
Count doubles or single jumps for score.
