50 Anchored sit ups
50 UP right Squats
5 Burpee buy in every min on the min.
Coaching notes: On the Squats hands straight up (to the ceiling) in every rep, for the rep to count.
Finisher: Up and overs (Just like the second part of the Junk Yard Dog)
