Warm up
Ankle and shoulder mobility / stretch

S.W.O.D

Dead Lift 10x3 @ 70% + 5

C.W.O.D

5 RDS:

Push press 10
Ring Rows / Pull ups 15
Step ups (each leg)  20

Cool Down: Bands / Power Bolt.
