PALEO BBQ GET TOGETHER
We are extremely happy to announce our first 911 Crossfit Get-Together! Taking place on April 9, 2011 at the SW Ranches Farmer’s Market located at 5150 S Flamingo Rd Cooper City, Florida 33330. Our family is growing rapidly and to celebrate 911 Crossfit and SW Ranches will be hosting a BBQ Potluck type of lunch. We ask all of you interested in bringing something to add the celebration, feel free to do so.
Please note: The dish must be compliant with the Paleo Diet. More details on that to follow. Along with the food and drinks we will have a few events taking place such as Paleo cooking demos, a friendly Strong Men/Woman competition and Oh Yes, of course a W.O.D.
