HeyWhy do some people hate Crossfit? I am a Crossfitter (beginner); switched to Crossfit after 7 years of lifting weights and this is the best thing i have done in my life. My fitness levels have gone up ever since and it just feels right to me. I still respect people's choices of other sports whether it is Karate of Bodybuilding.Thanks you so much!!!
