1) warm up

3) 40 burpees for time

1) speed agility warm up

2) handstand progression and work for 30 min
3) 4rds for time 
12 kb swings

400 m run

2) warm-up.  +  Heats by class


             March 14th we will start a mobility / gymnastics class at 9AM
This week marks the official start for friends to try out on regular classes with small modifications until they learn the fundamentals.
